Oh so cute. Derek and I almost bought a bull dog on a whim once. However, I don't think we are dog people. But puppies have this weird effect on people...

I was not a dog person before Craig came home with Snoop...and then Grim. Dogs can be such a blessing. Life long companions for certain. Snoop is my canine soul mate and I love him to no end. You should totally get a dog. If I come into some money I am showing up at your doorstep with one so figure out which breed you really want! My advice is to go for smart and not necessarily cute. You will learn to think they are the cutest dog ever and won't have to clean up dog poop for the rest of your life. LOVE YOU!
